Developed a machine learning model to detect fraudulent credit card transactions with high accuracy. Implemented data preprocessing techniques, including handling imbalanced datasets with SMOTE and feature engineering. Conducted extensive model testing using cross-validation and A/B testing to ensure robust fraud detection performance. Performed unit and integration testing on data preprocessing and model pipelines to validate correctness and efficiency. Evaluated model performance using precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC, ensuring minimal false positives. Stress-tested the deployed model under high transaction loads to assess scalability and real-time response accuracy. Deployed the fraud detection model using Flask/Fast API for API-based real-time predictions.
